The Murder of Billie-Jo Jenkins

Billie-Jo Jenkins was a 13 year old girl that was murdered in her foster dads garden on the 15th February 1997, in Hastings, Essex. Her foster dad was the suspect to be arrested but was finally acquitted in 2004; this blog will cover the main facts and issues of this murder case.
