Ethical consideration, use of press, media and other CJS agencies.

Ethical consideration is all about human affairs (whether its good or bad) and the principles of these human affairs. The reason behind Ethical consideration is to try and not harm the person that is in a position of being told information about an important situation that has gone on. This links in to the press, media and criminal justice system (CJS), the media and press have always be known to blow things out of proportion and make it sound far worse than it should be; but is this right when it comes crime. The issues with the press and media getting involved is that it can cause press intrusion as well as possibly tampering with the case or putting the potential suspect or suspect under pressure or making him feel uncomfortable which could cause issues with the case.

In the Billie-Jo Jenkins case the trial was pretty much ran by the media there was three newspapers that wrote about Sion Jenkins and the murder which were either untrue, intrusive or like a personal attack on Sion Jenkins. The news of the world had a headline story on Sion Jenkins named 'I DID kill Billie-Jo' in 1998, then the next newspaper to comment on Sion Jenkins was the Daily Mail which was then later prompted in the guardian which spoke about Sion Jenkins in a intrusive manner. After these three newspapers had there little bit to say about Sion Jenkins the Daily Mail Concoction published an untrue front page headline about the acquitted victim, which was classed as a gratuitous attack on Sion Jenkins.
